基于ANSYS WORKBENCH的单绳缠绕式提升机主轴装置谐响应分析

摘要: 以2JTP-1.2×0.8单绳缠绕式提升机为研究对象,通过UG建立提升机主轴装置的三维模型,利用ANSYS Workbench建立提升机主轴装置的有限元模型。对提升机主轴装置进行了模态分析,从而计算出前6阶的固有频率和主振型,并通过谐响应分析,确定了主轴装置危险频率范围和幅频特性,得出主轴装置发生共振时可能产生的最大振动幅值,同时也说明了谐响应分析的局限性。

Abstract: The model of 2JTP one rope winding mine hoist is established the 3 dimensional model with UG and the finite element model with ANSYS Workbench. Then, the first six natural frequencies and principal shapes are calculated in the modal analysis of main shaft device .And then the dangerous frequency range and the amplitude-frequency characteristic are determined through the harmonic response analysis.It also illustrates the limitations of harmonic response analysis.The results of analysis provide the basis for fault diagnosis and structural optimization design.
